Portrait Of Woman

Welcome to Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF)

Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) is a non-profit, solution driven, community based organisation dedicated to building skills, creating opportunities, and amplifying the voices of young people - age wise or young at heart. We focus on practical skills development that prepares youth for real-world economic participation, while actively advocating for fair policies, inclusive systems, and social justice.

Through training, mentorship, and community-based programmes, YEF equips young people with digital, entrepreneurial, creative, and life skills that enable them to thrive in a rapidly changing world. At the same time, we serve as a platform for youth advocacy—engaging institutions, decision-makers, and communities to ensure that young people are not only beneficiaries of development, but active participants in shaping it.

Rooted in community and driven by purpose, the Youth Empowerment Forum bridges skills development and advocacy to unlock potential, strengthen leadership, and build a future where youth are empowered, heard, and economically independent.

Ultimately, it's about finding a balance between what young people love, what they're good at, what the world needs, and what they can get paid for.
